Top laptop brands in India today
Planning to buy something expensive like a laptop can be very nerve wracking, especially when there are so many great brands. In fact, it has come to a stage when it feels like they are all the same and there is no point in the brand, just buy the one that gives most features for low cost. The warranties are somehow, 1 year, for pretty much everything electronic, which adds up to the confusion. Why don’t they have confidence in their own product? We all know a laptop can run for at least 5 years for an average user, but should you consider a brand name before making a decision? We will share top 5 brands based on quality to help you decide your next purchase.
1. Dell
Dell is still the number one brand when it comes to computers. They do not compromise on quality and their hardware last really long in any weather conditions. They only specialize in laptops which helps them focus more on what they are good at without switching priorities. In case of doubt, just go for Dell. Even if that means you have to spend a few bucks extra.
Laptops recommended for normal use is Dell Inspiron and you can never get wrong with it. Other popular ones are Vostro, Latitude and Alienware but you don’t have to worry about these ‘series’ as long as it says Dell on it and fulfills your requirements.
2. Apple
We all know how great Apple is, but it goes in the second spot instead of first is because of the limitations and lack of flexibility. Once you buy an apple laptop, you do get a great quality product, but then you have to spend extra money to buy accessories, ports and hubs to meet your basic needs and the cost just keeps going up and up. If you are a fan, go for it, but if not, it’s okay to ignore all the hypes and choose the one that fits your budget and comes with complete solution.
You can buy an Apple MacBook Air at a great price because of the discounts offered in Amazon.
3. HP
Somehow HP misses the first spot because of the poor hardware performance in some variants. HP can get full marks on the design and somewhat on innovation as well, but it still is not a perfect laptop brand to consider. We really hoped HP would keep giving tough competition to Dell, but it does not seem like they want to. HP is good for creators, but students, gamers and professionals can skip browsing HP laptops.
There is still nothing like HP Pavilion for creators.
4. Asus
This is probably the only brand after apple that constantly works on innovation and unique solution. Perhaps in uniqueness this is the best one. If you can trust a brand that was not as popular before, go for Asus. They really work hard to stay ahead of the competition and focus on practical solutions. Their OLED series is just magical. The screen resolution is phenomenal, and specs remain on top at a really good price. May be not for professionals but students and creators should definitely consider.
You can check out one of their OLED series on Amazon.
5. MSI
This brand had been hiding in their shell for a long time but now they are marketing aggressively and coming out with some great laptops. We hear positive reviews and attractive offers from this brand now more often than before.
Gamers and professionals should consider MSI for their great price, light weight and solid hardware.
