Narendra Modi’s encouraging tweet won hearts

India lost the World Cup final against Australia in 2023 and it was a very sad moment for every Indian. The stadium was quiet and the whole country went silent. Pretty much all the big celebrities were there, and Team Bharat had huge pressure which reflected in their batting and then in fielding. The bowling was still good because our bowlers are really good, and they take no pressure.

Rohit Sharma deserved to win but lost because this wasn’t his day. When the social media might go all negative and criticize Team Bharat tomorrow, we should rather look at the great people and what they have to say about this. Narendra Modi praised the Team Australia and wrote a beautiful note to Team Bharat, so they do not get discouraged and keep playing well. This is a true leader.

It would have been great if India had won as they deserved to win, but they certainly do not deserve to be discouraged or criticized for their great attempt. They tried their best and won 10 out of 11 matches which already won everyone’s hearts. There were lessons learned and Team Bharat will come back with more power and better strategy for Australia. This year we will have World Cup 20-20, an opportunity for India to shine again.
