It is no longer a surprise if we hear someone dying of heart attack or just any other health issues at a very young age. This wasn’t how it was before. This has been observed especially after Covid-19. I am not somebody who likes to talk about health and fitness. I’m just not that guy but I did get Covid-19 and it was a terrible experience which made me think of my heath for once. After a year since then, I am still not someone who hits the gym at 6:00 AM. I actually hit my desk at 9:00 AM immediately after my hasty morning routine.
Perhaps exercise cannot save you because Jo Lindner was a healthy living influencer with a look of a picture of health. There was no way someone like him would die at the age of 30, but he died like yesterday. Many young individuals before him died of heart attack and it is no more a surprise.
The only thing I can think of is, relax and breath. Live life to the fullest. Avoid any kind of stress and maybe just anything that you don’t like because life is short. The only way to live longer is by living without worrying about tomorrow and making the right choice every day. You no longer have the luxury of time so why not just focus on your own self and think of all these dying young individuals who could have lived one more day.
I might not have given you a solution here, but this seems like the only answer. You might be more satisfied with answers like 5 ways to live 5 years longer, but I don’t want to promise anything considering what’s actually happening.
Difficult situations usually have simpler solutions.
The topic of life and death is the most critical of all and with such uncertainty one would live in paradox and die of worry but know this, difficult situations usually have simpler solutions. Focus on just one solution and if it works just switch your focus to living more fully than spending life just looking for answers of questions that are just killing you from inside.
